Youth Group Mission Trip 2024

July 7, 2024 - July 12, 2024 | Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit 20 and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Please complete the following form for each student (or adult) interested in attending this years Mission Trip, July 7 - 12 to Motown Mission.

There is a cost of $300 per registered volunteer.  We hope to be able to offset this with Fish Fry scholarships and additional fund raisers as needed.

Commitment forms must be received by May 6th so we can assure appropriate transportation and chaperones.
